Patterson Collaborative has as part of its mission the stabilization of Joplin’s most historic neighborhoods. As we renew structures, we invite nearby residents to learn from our work so that they, too, can maintain and upgrade their own properties. We use only craftspeople who are masters at their trades and have a personal interest in Joplin’s legacy.
